hard bathrobe thin walls

I booked a room here, but it was a real letdown. The bathrobe reminded me of cardboard. I could hear every cough and toilet flush from the neighboring rooms. The walls are paper thin. This made relaxing near impossible. There was a big crack in the shower wall, I found it really off-putting, .

The staff were attentive, going above and beyond to help guests. Avi at the front desk ensured everything was perfect (i appreciated this).

The room itself felt sad. The shower wall had a huge crack, and I could hear neighbors flushing toilets. The floor consisted of two different cements with footprints. The room needed painting.
